Thank you for your interest in registering your contingent for the “Call to Action Alley” for the march and rally on January, 18th 2020!

Women’s March Sacramento is a 100% volunteer led event project of Social Good Fund 501(c)(3). We’re asking tabling organizations or “Call to Action” listed Contingents to please raise at least $100 for the march and rally, and to provide volunteers for set-up and clean-up.

As a thank you, we'll list your organization as a Call To Action Alley Sponsor on our website! Sponsorship of over $500 will additionally uplift your organization through logo placement, and web features.  All donations cover costs of stage and sound, equipment rentals, logistics, and insurance to help make Women’s March Sacramento 2020 a success.

Please follow these three steps:

Step 1:

Please understand that we are promoting a positive tone of unity on women’s issues and social justice - we ask that all organizations and literature is in keeping with Women's March Global, and the Unity Principles.

Go to our tabling fee page to donate your group’s fundraising effort, then we’ll list your organization’s name and website on the list of tabling resources for the event.

A table and 2 chairs will be provided, as well as a map of placement. Please make sure a volunteer is staffed at the table at all times. You may bring your own tablecloth and canopy that must be weighted with sandbags (no stakes).
"Call to Action" Contingent Listed Only? *
Option for organizations who chose to sponsor to have an Action Ally Call to Action listed on the website but choose NOT have a table.

Step 3: Review Tabling Information

  1. Organizations may not sell products on Capitol Grounds.

  2. Check in at the Southside Park Stage or at the South Steps of the CA State Capitol. There will be a volunteer to check you in and give you a table assignment from 8AM - 9:30AM.  All equipment goes through thorough security check.

  3. You may bring a canopy, but NO stakes may be driven into the grass or ground - no signs or items may be attached to Capitol plants or posts.

  4. Please understand that we are promoting a positive tone of uplifting women’s issues and social justice - we ask that literature is in keeping with Women's March Global, the Unity Principles.

  5. Organizations must keep a minimum of one person at your table at all times.  Capitol Police will remove any boxes or materials that are unattended.

Schedule

Organization representatives and volunteers must check in between 8:00 am and 9:30 am at the Southside Park Stage or the South steps of the California State Capitol to receive your table assignment.

Call to Action Alley is a very important part of the Rally and we want Marchers to connect with you. Please try to have staffing until 11AM at Southside Park and until 1:30pm if you’ve reserved a table at the CA State Capitol.

Next Steps

  1. Once Women’s March Sacramento receives your donation information you are confirmed for a table.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email which will go to the email listed on the donation form - with instructions for the day of the event and a tabling agreement. Your organization representative will check in between 8:00 am and 9:30 am on January 18, 2020 at the Southside Park Stage or the CA State Capitol South stage where you will receive your tabling area assignment.

Thank you for your work in the community
